Except for those that start in 2/4, there is a one-measure count-off. #1 – 3 correspond to what is introduced in ET3, while the remaining exercises contain the concepts introduced in ET4. In #4 and 5 the denominator is the same throughout, whereas #6 – 12 have mixed denominators.
