7ths and triads (root not doubled in 7ths)

Here the root of the 7th chords is not doubled in most of the right-hand voicings.  Sometimes the 5th is eliminated instead of the root to allow smoother voice-leading. #1 – 4 are strictly diatonic 7th chords, #5 with one triad, and #6 – 12 have both triads and 7ths.
